Job Description

To Acquire New Customers, create, drive and manage all activations and animations within the distribution & sales channel through Trade shows, Trade promotions, Branding & Market research & feedback.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Sales and distribution team through development, effective participation, and coordination of selling support strategy & activities e.g. Sitewide Activations, Listing Drives, MITs
  2. Create awareness of the brand service & products/offers through customer engagement, enhance distribution capillarity to improve awareness & drive visibility in all channels
  3. Develop, supervise, coordinate and participate in sales and promotion programs aimed at market penetration and acquisition growth
  4. Drive the Regional visibility agenda (PICOS / Brand Identity) by managing the distribution of Point of Sales materials for the region ensuring all materials are tracked and accounted for proper market execution
  5. Effectively & Efficiently manage Company and 3rd party resources allocated i.e. Rig, van + drivers, MC / DJ, sales agents/commandos
  6. Provide insights into the growth strategies in conjunction with partners and customers to drive business growth for the assigned region
  7. Act as media liaison during ATL events and activations in the trade as well as application of the relevant BTL strategies to suit a 360-degree campaign during product launches and activations
  8. Provides Market Competitor analysis

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Relevant professional Sales Management certification
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Customer focus
  • Influencing and negotiation
  • Attention to detail
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Trade marketing skills 
  • Quality Acquisition – reflected by Net Adds, 1st & 2nd Recharge amounts, and single-digit decay/churn 
  • Site wise Profitability for sites within the region 
  • 30 days Homing Subs growth for Region
  • Involved in the Annual Regional planning for Trade & Distribution Trade Materials and activities 
  • Visibility (PICOS/TOMA) through Trade Marketing activities in the region 
  • Brand Equity (NPS) through ensuring look & feel as per Brand guidelines is maintained in the region
