About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Shampoo Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have modern salon operations and services knowledge and the ability to work with stylists and beauticians to meet our upmarket clientele’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Shampoo the clients professionally.

•Assist the stylists and beauticians in clients' preparations.

• Arrange towels and backwash needs for clients usage.

• Assist undoing of plaited/braided/Plaited clients.

• Assist in finishing of braids.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

•Knowledge of salon services and protocols.

•Ability to learn and grasp things.

•Capacity to adapt to changing needs and schedule within the salon.

•Ability to work effectively and courteously with both colleagues and client.

•Ability to do beauty and hair services is an added advantage
