Job Description

The person will be is responsible for managing the self-service platforms and maintaining high levels of communication.



  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Monitoring Self Service performance and map customer journeys on platforms
  • Working closely with the vendors, technical and product team in testing, providing recommendations and escalating bugs for new and enhanced products and features
  • Analysis and reporting on self-service performance
  • Monitor and prepare daily report on the trends and usage of the digital platforms

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum Degree  in BCom or equivalent qualification.
  • Customer Experience and knowledge required 
  • Product design qualifications will be an added advantage
