An established Insurance Brokerage firm wishes to recruit to fill the Principal Officer position.

The position holder will provide strategic leadership and insurance industry expertise to the brokerage firm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, retain and create strategic partnerships to grow client base and revenue.
  • Create and maintain relationship with Underwriters and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance to the set regulations and standards in the insurance brokerage industry.
  • Design and monitor claim procedures to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  •  Direct short-term and long term planning and budget development in line with the company’s overall objectives and strategic business goals.
  • Establish the performance goals, supervise mentor and train the staff.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree with a bias in business, marketing or insurance.
  • Be a holder of full ACII qualifications.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior position in the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and strong business networks.
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, team leadership and result oriented.
