Job Title: Onboarding Agent-Financial Services Department:

Financial Services

Reports to Accounts Receivable Associate Grade

Job purpose

The individual will work collaboratively with the Sendy financial services team to help new customers

know more about the product, reduce the roadblocks they face on KYC process, solve their problems,

and ensure seamless onboarding and usage of the product.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • ● Upsell FS products and services ,provide detailed credit application walkthroughs and align
  • with the customer on the product expectations.
  • ● Manage the customer from the point of application to product adoption.
  • ● Help the customers to submit the correct KYC documents and complete their profiles for
  • verification.
  • ● Conduct site visits for credit evaluation and contract signing.
  • ● Educate and walk through the customers on the entails of the contract.
  • ● Handle and close any escalation queries in regards to FS products with the relevant
  • stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • ● Educate customers on how the product features works, and how the platform can contribute
  • to their business growth.
  • ● Ensure customers receive superior service.
  • ● Any other duties as assigned.

The Onboarding Agent will be:

  • ● Directly accountable to the Accounts receivable Associate
  • ● Required to work with the Product,Technical and sales team
  • External Relationships
  • ● Customer focused

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

Education

  • ● High school or general equivalency diploma
  • ● One year experience in sales, marketing, customer service or new customer onboarding roles

Skills and competencies

  • ● Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office
  • ● Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • ● Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • ● Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • ● Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • ● Must be self-driven at all times
  • ● Excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
  • ● Must have good data entry ,typing and report writing abilities abilities
  • ● Must be able to multitask and manage time properly and effectively
