Job purpose

The individual will work collaboratively with the financial services team to assist in upselling the FS products , manage both inbound and outbound calls by ensuring the customer inquiries are adequately answered to satisfaction.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Upsell FS products and services
  • Manage the new credit customers acquisition.
  • Managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls .
  • Educate the customers about the KYC requirements and credit application process.
  • Visiting the customers for physical credit evaluation process, activation of credit application and contract signing .
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Monitor performance in conjunction with personal goals and business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

The Onboarding Agent will be:

Directly accountable to the Accounts receivable Associate

  • Required to work with the Product, Technical and sales team
  • External Relationships
  • Customer focused
  • Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

Education

  • High school or general equivalency diploma
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
  • At Least 1 year experience in a call center, sales or marketing.

Skills and competencies

  • Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Must be self-driven at all times
  • Must have good data entry and typing abilities
  • Must be able to multitask and manage time properly and effectively
