Job Description

We are looking for an experienced marketing lead to handle all marketing activities while working with the team. The successful candidate should be comfortable and willing to be involved in day-today marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work on all marketing activities – offline and digital. 
  • Handle in-store branding for new branches and re-branding for existing branches. 
  • Coordinate with branches for any marketing related changes such as updating TV content, placement of marketing materials, etc. 
  • Manage online/digital marketing in relation to social media, SEO, PPC, website development, blogs creation and editing. 
  • Coordinate with brands and brand ambassadors, and have the ability to negotiate and agree with them. 
  • Coordinate with landlord management to see our marketing is displayed on their in house mediums e.g. TV’s, social media channels etc. 
  • Manage product photography lifecycle and organize photo/video shoots with models to create content for relevant channels. 
  • Handle new content creation in terms of videos and photos.
  • Staying aware about marketing trends that will be relevant to the company, and acting on them.
  • Providing continuous executable ideas for our marketing to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum experience of 5 years in marketing of which 1 year at a lead/managerial level 
  • Worked as a marketing lead/manager in a recognized retail chain with a branch network with a reasonable size 
  • Undergraduate/postgraduate qualification in business /marketing from a recognized institute
