Job Responsibilities 

  • Generating business leads from existing client companies and bringing in new clients through sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking.
  • Continuously developing networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and build the company brands
  • Initiating and leading human resource consultancy projects from end-to-end process; including drafting proposals/tenders, doing the presentation to the client, signing the contract with the client, and closing the business by delivering the required service.
  • Meeting and Communicating with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and advising them on recruitment needs towards their goals. 
  • Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a market needs, workforce management trends, HR consultancy current trends.
  • Keeping well-informed of industry trends, tools, practices, regulations and advancements in technology 
  • Initiating and recommending HR-solutions to clients and providing other HR-Advisory HR policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Conducting talent search through, job ads, online, referrals, networks and head hunting.
  • Ensuring that the operations and workforce service provision is efficient, compliant and in the best interest of the client goals. 
  • Generating analytic reports and presenting feedback to management as and when required.
  • Formulating strategic and practical plans to advise and address clients HR-Needs
  • Conduct regular follow-up with clients to determine the effectiveness of services delivered 

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; 
  • MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
  • Prove of above 5 years’ experience as HR-Consultant in a reputable organization 
  • Experience in project management preferably HR related
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, HR-Principles, HR-Functions, HR-Service Delivery Methods and best HR-Practices
  • Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • A team player
