The individual will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including welcoming guests, answering phones, handling walk-in member inquiries, sorting and distributing mail. The officer will act as a first-level liaison; provide product/services information to resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. He/She will act as an interface between the Members and the Sacco by attending to their queries and handling all Customer Complaints
