We are looking for competent individuals to fill the position of Field Service Support Agents

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily briefs and weekly reports. 
  • Study technical plans and schematics for IPTV and MUDs, advice on adjustments, changes, and  approvals in support of Dstv commercial clients. 
  • Quality assurance of installation processes and procedures  
  • Point of contact, between installers, commercial agents, RSMs and different service points in your respective region. 
  • Ensure installations performed within the framework of Ecosystem App.  
  • Provide leadership to installers, mentor, advice, and train. 
  • Manage accreditation process. 
  • Telephone Support to accredited installer 
  • Email Support to Accredited installer, Contact Center, Customer Care and MCA customers and  BTD (Decoder Support) 
  • Provide Ecosystem daily reports 
  • Installer technical assistance/training 
  • Support to installers – installer app/ Eco system – Installer training 
  • Provide installers with POS, stickers etc. 
  • Update and manage installer data base/ Update installer details on IES. 
  • Renewal of certificates and qualifications 
  • Information sharing with all stakeholders 
  • Support the company's projects (Dstvi/Gotvi, Ecosystem ) 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or business degree with relevant experience. • Preferred: Technical qualifications 
  • 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to communicate with customers (internal & external) 
  • Product knowledge
