Reporting to the COO to the company THE Dir. P&SC. Position oversees the management of all areas of the supply chain, quality management & production. Securing that the supply chain is well planned & managed, the QM is living up to all company agreed on standards and that production is producing in the most optimal way, at the lowest cost, and living up to all quality standards. Securing a well-managed /informed & motivated department, that can follow & work with all our company standards & targets.
The Dir. P&SC will be responsible for the day to day management of the following value chain activities:
Daily: comment on LEAN KPI’s in the morning “standup” meetings.
Weekly, comment and make corrective actions on the week plan adherence reporting.
Monthly reports on production KPIs, goals, and goal management, and budget deviations must be reported.
Furthermore, it is incumbent upon the position holder to keep the COO of the company informed of significant matters which may be assumed to be of interest to him.
The company’s HOD Meetings, Internal department Meetings, S&OP Meetings, Supplier Meetings, NPI & Project meeting, HACCP meetings, Audit meetings
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE – Domestic, Regional, Global
The position holder is authorized to make decisions within his area of responsibility in terms of personnel, machinery, and production within the framework of approved strategy, budgets, and at any time within the framework of the company's current policies.
The position holder is authorized to act as a company representative in form of external certifying bodies, set the local production quality policies w. input from the QGP, and can activate product recall in alignment with GQA.
The position holder is authorized to hire and retire hourly paid staff. When hiring or dismissing monthly salaried staff, acceptance must be obtained from the COO of the company.
