1. Communicate proposal document delivery requirements to meet proposal due dates while raising, tracking and documenting issues
  2. Ensures all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate
  3. Prepare written proposals, financial proposals and attach all the relevant documentation
  4. Keep tender deadlines and deliver before time
  5. Develop, tailor and deliver content for proposals/pitches and client presentations.
  6. Prepare and present progress reports
  7. Perform other business development duties as instructed

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement or any other related field
  2. At least 2 Years’ experience in Business Development, particularly  in Tendering
  3. Proven track record of excellence in Tenders i.e. having won at least 3 Tenders
  4. Good understanding of Tender Management Process  
  5. Demonstrate excellent speaking, writing, presentation and communication skills
  6. Able to plan, prioritize and organize work
  7. Poised to work under pressure with high energy and drive
  8. Self-starter with high degree of resourcefulness requiring minimal supervision
  9. Attention to detail
