Job Description

A Private Investigations and Forensics Audit Firm is looking for a General Manager who will be responsible for allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer services and implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses and departments.
• Manage staff and assign specific duties.
• Plan and direct marketing and business development activities, coordinating with other department heads as required
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas that need improvement and plan requisite improvement programs
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members and staff members as necessary.
• Monitor business departments to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide high quality and timely services while staying within budgetary limits.
• Direct and coordinate the organization's financial and budget activities and increase efficiency.
• Determine and set prices and terms of payment in liaison with the directors.
• Implement an optimum customer care program.
• Develop and implement product-marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law with a score that’s not lower than a second upper-division.
• Detailed knowledge in litigation, conveyancing, commercial & Intellectual property.
• 5 -8 years’ experience practicing the law of which 3 have to be in a leadership position.
• 2 years’ experience in Marketing and Business Development.
• KCSE grade of minimum B+
